Wow, its already been 3 weeks since my last post, how time flies... This week i was struck with the realisation that i will soon be 40 years old, and if you are thinking whoa Tim, thats old! I'll remind you that not one of us can wind back the clock. As uncomfortable as the fact that i am no longer young is, each day is an opportunity to humble myself before God and give thanks to all the blessings He has given me. Yes other people probably have more than me, but chances are that I have much more than most people.

Sometimes in life you just have to admit you f***ed up, learn from your mistake, and move on. God's grace is more than enough to change the lives of every single human being on this planet. I'm looking at you Melbourne protestors...

Real estate, the only profession that seems to operate independant of market supply and demand. It is the one profession where they can still increase the amount you pay far beyond reasonable expectation and still somehow get away with treating you like a peasant. Aparently the goal of real estate agents is not to help people find accomodation but instead gatekeep it. At a luxury hotel they would never even try to treat a customer like realestate agents do because they understand where their wages come from. Real estate agents however are free from accountability, responsibility and likeability. Normally people wouldn't stand to be treated this way by a business and would just walk out and spend their money elsewhere, but there just isn't enough alternative accomodation that these people feel quite secure in their job. The only solution then is for the renter to keep moving from rental to rental driving down the cost of rent and thus reducing the amount paid to agents. These people are the human equivalent of a tape worm and perform very little output that could actually be called 'work'. The entire real estate industry needs to be seriously reformed.

Buildings without windows that open are a form of hostile architecture that attacks our most immediate biological need. To breathe. Air conditioning is not a substitute for an openable window since filters can become blocked over time and they often operate in only one direction like a valve or pump.

I woke up this morning unable to breathe, i thought something in the appartment was on fire because of the horrible burning smell. Turns out i was only half right as there was a building fire nearby in the city. Just aweful

It's ironic how the left talk about pride, and at the same time hide their face with a mask, medical, keffiyeh or other. If you call them out on this they will say they don't want to be infected or to infect others, but the real disease they are already spreading is called leftism.

I used to work in a restaurant with great food. Problem was, most of the staff didnt treat me professionally, because i used to work there. I was seen as an ex employee not a paying customer. Tipping is how you get staff to treat you professionally. Good service = good tip.
